Privacy Policy (Draft Placeholder)

1. Data Collected by the MVP

OrderGambia collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the marketplace: account email address and display name (via Supabase Auth), seller shop details, listing descriptions and images (with EXIF location metadata stripped on upload), order delivery details, and abuse reports.

2. Public vs. Private Information

Approved listings and active seller shop profiles are visible to the public. Seller phone numbers are kept private and are never displayed on public pages. Client IP addresses used for abuse rate limiting are cryptographically hashed (HMAC-SHA256) and never stored in plaintext.

3. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Registered users can permanently delete their account and deactivate their listings at any time from the My Account page.
