All orders on OrderGambia are placed and tracked inside the app. Follow these simple guidelines to keep your account and purchases safe.
What You SHOULD Do
- Place and pay for all orders directly through the OrderGambia checkout.
- Keep your Order Reference (`OG-...`) and track status in your Account.
- Verify the item matches your order upon delivery.
- Use the “Report Listing” button on any listing page to flag suspicious items.
What You Should NEVER Do
- Never pay outside the OrderGambia checkout or send off-platform transfers.
- Never share one-time passwords (OTPs), account passwords, or mobile money PINs.
- Never accept requests to bypass the in-app order system.
