Seller & Moderation Guidelines
To keep OrderGambia trustworthy for buyers across The Gambia, every seller must follow these listing and conduct rules.
1. Accurate Titles, Descriptions & Dalasi (GMD) Pricing
- State the real, full price of the item or service in Gambian Dalasi (GMD). Do not post fake
D1prices to manipulate sorting. - Describe the true condition of the product (Brand New, Like New, Good, Fair, or Service) and disclose any defects honestly.
- Select the accurate Gambian town or region where the item is located.
2. Original Product Photos
- Upload clear JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF photos (up to 6 images, maximum 5 MB each).
- Do not upload watermarked images stolen from other sellers or misleading stock photos for used items.
3. Strictly Prohibited Items
Listings involving weapons, narcotics, prescription medicines, stolen goods, counterfeit currency, wildlife products, adult content, or fraudulent investment schemes are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Moderation Workflow
New listings and substantive edits to approved listings enter the Pending Moderation state. Once an administrator reviews and approves your submission, it becomes publicly searchable. If changes are needed, the moderator will leave a clear reason in your Seller Dashboard so you can update and resubmit.
